Max's Mission

Max's mints on a mission
Mints are special in the world to help you feel fresh & go green, at the same time.
Sounds simple, doesn't it? Because the old-fashioned peppermint in the supermarket doesn't leave you with a fresh aftertaste.
What does Max's Mints do differently?
Product
A mint based on organic sugar and natural seasonings, without gelatin. Sounds so logical that you almost expect that to be normal, right?
It is the same for Max's Mints.
And for you?
Goodbye artificial sweeteners, chemical flavors and gelatin. Hello nice refreshment!

Packaging
Max's Mints has 2 types of packaging, infinitely recyclable cans, and compostable bags. Truth be told, it is very difficult to determine what constitutes sustainable packaging, because packaging itself is of course not good for the environment. But without packaging, you won't get a sustainable mint in your pocket at all!
Would you like to refill your can or bag?
Then you can get your Max's refill here at Pieter Pot!

Packaging process
To fill Max's Mints, we work together with 2 social workshops in the Netherlands, where people with a distance to the labor market can get back to work with a fun and useful job. The fact that there are always loads of mints on a mission available for much-needed refreshment is of course a nice bonus 😉

Does it make a difference?
Super fun of course, all those good intentions.
But what it comes down to is the question: does it make a difference?

Max wants more
Is that all? We sometimes wonder. The honest answer? Yes. At least for now.
There is still a laundry list of ideas and ambitions to make Max's Mints further sustainable. But to achieve that, we first have to turn Max's into a serious running company, so that we do not have a beautiful sustainable product in a while, but have to throw in the towel because the financial pie (mint) has run out.
Will you help with that success?
